يسرُّ جامعة ماردين آرتوكلو أن تعلن افتتاحها لكليات جديدة ناطقة باللغة العربية في الاختصاصات التالية:
1. كلية علم السياسة والعلاقات الدولية
2. كلية علم الاجتماع
3. كلية إدارة الأعمال
4. كلية التاريخ
كما يسرّ إدارة الجامعة أن تعلن قبولها الطلاب السوريين والفلسطينيين في هذه الكليات بواقع 20 طالبًا في بعض الكليات و50 طالبًا في كليات أخرى، وستكون المقاعد المشار إليها من نصيب الأعلى درجاتٍ بين الطلاب المُتفاضلين.
وستكون اللغة العربية لغة التعليم الأساسية في هذه الكليات، بالإضافة إلى مقرر اللغة الأجنبية (اللغة الإنجليزية) ومقرر اللغة التركية.

الأوراق المطلوبة للتسجيل:
يتقدَّم الطلاب بأوراقهم إلى شؤون الطلاب في الكلية التي يرغبون بدراستها في جامعة ماردين آرتوكلو، على الشكل التالي:
· يتقدَّم الطلاب الذين يرغبون بدراسة علوم السياسة أو إدارة الأعمال بأوراقهم إلى كلية الاقتصاد والعلوم الإدارية.
· يتقدَّم الطلاب الذين يرغبون بدراسة علم الاجتماع أو التاريخ بأوراقهم إلى كلية الفن أدبيات.
ويُرجى الانتباه إلى ما يلي:
· على المتقدِّمين تقديم الوثائق المطلوبة كاملة.
· لن يتم النظر في الطلبات المتأخرة المرسلة عن طريق البريد.
· لن يتم النظر في الطلبات ذات الوثائق الناقصة.
· جميع الوثائق يجب أن تكون باللغة التركية أو الانجليزية، وإن لم تكن بإحدى هاتين اللغتين فيجب أن تترجم عند ترجمان محلّف وترفق نسخة من الأصل بالترجمة.
· إذا تمَّ قبول الطالب، سيتم طلب الأصول من الطالب أثناء التسجيل.
والأوراق هي:
1. استمارة التسجيل المرفقة بالإعلان، وهي متاحة على الأنترنت في موقع الجامعة.
يجب ملء البيانات في استمارة التسجيل على الأنترنت، وبعدها يقوم الطالب بطباعة نسخة منها والتوقيع عليها. ثم تُرسل مع باقي مستندات التقديم، كما يجب تسليم طلب التقديم مع بقية الوثائق في ظرف مغلق.
2. شهادة الثانوية العامة
النسخة الأصلية من الشهادة الثانوية، وترجمتها إلى اللغة التركية، ويجب أنْ تكون موثقة ومصدقة، أما الطلاب الذين لم يتسلموا شهاداتهم بعدُ فعليهم أنْ يقدِّموا وثيقة أو إشعارا من مدارسهم الثانوية يحتوي على تأكيد نجاحهم وتاريخهم، هذا لمن مُنِح الشهادة في المدارس السورية في تركيا.
أما الشهادة المعدّلة الممنوحة من وزارة التعليم في تركيا أو السفارات التركية في الخارج فيجب أن تدلّ على أنها تعادل الشعادة الثانوية التركية.
ملاحظة: الطلاب الذين حصلوا على الشهادة الثانوية من سوريا - أو خارج تركيا عموما - عليهم معادلة الشهادة، وإرفاق نسخة من كلتا الشهادتين (السورية والمعادلة) أثناء التقديم على الأنترنت، وإرفاقهما مع الاستمارة والوثائق في الظرف المغلق.
مَنْ حصل على الشهادة الثانوية العامة ولم يستطع إبرازها؛ فإنَّه يستطيع أنْ يقومَ بالتسجيل بعد حصوله على وثيقة الكفاية (امتحان تنظمه وزارة التربية والتعليم التركية).
3. إذا لم تكن الشهادة الثانوية تحتوي على درجات المقررات الدراسية فعلى الطالب أن يأتي بكشف درجات موثقا ومصدقا ومترجما حسب الأصول.
4. صورة لجواز السفر: الصفحة الأولى والثانية، أو بطاقة الحماية المؤقتة إذا لم يوجد جواز سفر.
5. صور شخصية حديثة لم يمضِ عليها 6 أشهر،عدد 2، حاسر الرأس مقاس 4.5x6
الرسوم الدراسية:
تبعًا للقانون رقم 5510 فإنَّ الطلاب الأجانب الذين يدرسون في بلدنا يحقّ لهم من اليوم الأوَّل ولغاية 3 أشهر من التقدُّم بطلب لدائرة التأمين الاجتماعي، بهذه الوسيلة يمكن الحصول على التأمين الصحي.
أمَّا الطلاب غير المتقدِّمين خلال المدة المحدَّدة فلن يستفيدوا من التأمين الصحي طول فترة دراستهم.
وتنص المادَّة 83 من القانون 5510 أنَّه على الطالب أنْ يدفع ثلثَ المبلغ اليومي مضروب بثلاثين يومًا، ولكنَّ هذا المبلغ قابلٌ للتعديل.

ملاحظة:
· لا يحتاج الطالب السوري إلى شهادة (التومر)، في اللغة التركية، ولا إلى أيّ مستوى آخر، لأنه سيدرس اللغة التركية في الكلية بواقع 4 ساعات في الأسبوع في السنة الأولى، وواقع ساعتين أسبوعيا بدءًا من السنة الثانية فصاعدًا.
· لا يحتاج الطالب السوري إلى اختبار ( اليوز)، باللغة التركية.

WHO CAN APPLY?
a) Syria and Palestine citizens who are in the last year of high school or graduated from a school equivalent to Turkish high schools.
THE ACCEPTED EXAM RESULTS IN APPLICATION
• SAT I: A total score of minimum 1100 and Math score of minimum 600 • Tawjihi: In the Tawjihi exams applied in Jordan and Palestine, an average exam score of minimum 90 taken in all subjects from Scientific Stream. • GCE: At least three A levels on at least three subjects (one is related to the program applied to) • ACT: Math, Science and Composite scores minimum 24 • BaccalauréatLibanais: a minimum diploma grade of 15 from Scientific Stream. • International Baccalaureate: A total diploma grade of minimum 30 • International Science Olympiads: A gold, silver or bronze medal from one of these Olympiads that are recognized by Scientific and Technical Research Council of Turkey (TUBİTAK) •Baccalaureate Examination: (For students from Syria
Faculty of Economic and Ad. Science-Literary Stream 170, Faculty of Letters-Literary Stream 160.(To apply to similar fields of study is highly recommended!)
• Iraq Baccalaureate Examination; (Scientific Stream out of 100) Faculty of Engineering min. 70, Faculty of Arts and Science (Mathematic and Biology) and Faculty of Health Sciences min. 70.

• Abitur Exam score, minimum 4
• Al Shahad Al-Thanawiya Examination: Faculty of Engineering Scientific Stream 185, other faculties/vocational schools Scientific stream 175.
- It is enough to submit any of these examination results during the application.
- High School scores and transcripts will be taken into account for the applicants who don’t have the mentioned exam results. Furthermore, applicants who have one of these mentioned exams, have priority when being chosen.
- The scores of the exams (SAT... etc) which are in the status of University Entrance Exam are valid for two years.
- There is no validity limit for the documents like High School diploma
- Foreign Students Exam (YÖS) applied by universities won’t be accepted as application criteria.
- The applications of students who do not ensure the terms of application won’t be accepted. It’s obligatory to get the minimum scores from the exams mentioned above.
- The evaluation of the applications and placement of the applicants is fully under the authority of MardinArtukluUniversity.
- Ensuring the terms of applications does not require to be approved for the program.
- MardinArtukluUniversity is free on whether to fill the quota or not.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR APPLICATION
The applicants have to present the specified documents completely. The delays will not be considered in the applications sent by post. The applications with missing documents will not be evaluated. All documents have to be in Arabic or English, or else, the documents have to betranslated into one of these languages in translating offices and one copy of this translation has to be attached. If the student is accepted, the originals of all the documents given in application previously will be requested during registration.
Once you fill the form, please take the printout and sign it.
This form has to be filled on internet. After you printout and sign the form you filled on application page, you have to send it with your application documents.
The application form has to be delivered with other documents in a closed envelope.
2. High School Diploma:
The copy of original high school diploma and its translation (Arabic or English) has to be notarized. It’s necessary that the students who hasn’t taken their diplomas yet have to present an official document (temporary graduation certificate) taken from their high school and stressing that they will be graduated in a certain date. The original of the temporary graduation certificate has to be presented. The “Equivalence Certificate”, taken from Republic of Turkey National Education Ministry or from Turkish Embassy in their countries, which shows their high school diplomas are equal to diplomas taken from Turkish High Schools is not requested during the application. The accepted students will have to present this document during registration.
The accepted students (candidates) will submit the permanent equivalency certificate during registration. Those who do not submit it won’t be registered.
NOTE: The Syrian Arab Republic Nationality Students have to take the equivalence certificate with their diplomas and submit them together in application either they took them in Syria, Palestineor in other different countries (Libya, Saudi Arabia etc.) Those who have graduated from high school but cannot submit the relevant documents have to take an exam by Turkey National Education Ministry for high school graduatein order to get a certificate of competency.
3. Official Transcript:
Applicants have to present their official transcripts’ approved copies which show courses and grades they took from their high school and approved by High School Management. If the transcript is not in Arabic or English, the translated copies into these languages have to be presented with transcript.
4. Valid Exam Result:
The copies of SAT, GCE, Baccalaureate etc that will be used for application have to be presented.
5. Copy of Passport:
Students who have passport can send a copy of the page with the picture. It should be valid.
6. Two(2) photographs
Photographs ought to be taken in the last 6 months with frontal view, easy to recognize the students, head and neck open, beardless and in size of 4.5*6. Copies are not acceptable. Photographs must suit these conditions, otherwise they cannot be accepted.

The lists will be announced on the official webpage of MardinArtuklu University. (www.artuklu.edu.tr)
Applications will be made to related Faculty Deanships, not to Registrar’s Office.
If the applicants want to apply more than one department, they have to apply each Faculty separately with all documents. Applicants can make max 4 selections. In this case, it will be enough for applicants to pay only one application fee.
THE CONCLUSION OF APPLICATIONS AND REGISTRATION
The Applications will be evaluated by related Faculty. An acceptance letter will be sent to applicants’ e-mail by Registrar’s Office.
Registration dates and documents that will be necessary for registration will be sent online to applicants with their acceptance letter.
All accepted students have to pay the tuition fee. For this reason, please check the tuition fees stated in the table below carefully before you make registry

INSURANCE OPERATIONS OF INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
According to the Social Insurance Law no: 5510, applicants who have the exact right of registration have to apply to SGK (Social Security Institution) in the first three months since the first date of registration, thus, they get the opportunity of having general health insurance. Those who don’t apply in the specified time cannot make use of the opportunities ensured by general health insurance throughout their education.
They are paid an insurance fee calculated as one third of the daily income lower limit multiply 30 days and this amount is determined by the 82nd clause of the same law. The fees can be changed by SGK.
